On the bright side, Magic Johnson just became the first black owner of a major league baseball team. Jackie Robinson’s team at that. Now, that’s cool.

My guess is he’ll be more successful than Michael Jordan is at running a basketball team.

Magic has proven himself an impressive man in a whole lot of ways, both on and off the court. My eternal disdain for the Lakers doesn’t dent my respect for him.
