Sunday!

So, in my spare time, I’m watching Fringe (we just saw the episode where “The Ascension of Azrael” was discussed… this is a myth that I had never heard of before and this used to be a thing of mine). I’m also catching up on the last episode of this season and getting ready for Fringe Season Two!

So… what are you reading and/or watching?

Jaybird

Jaybird is Birdmojo on Xbox Live and Jaybirdmojo on Playstation's network. He's been playing consoles since the Atari 2600 and it was Zork that taught him how to touch-type. If you've got a song for Wednesday, a commercial for Saturday, a recommendation for Tuesday, an essay for Monday, or, heck, just a handful a questions, fire off an email to AskJaybird-at-gmail.com

  1. Season 2 of Boardwalk EMpire (pretty good), and my first non-Jeeves and Wooster P.G. Wodehouse – Damsel in Distress.

      • So far so good. Arnold Rothstein is my favorite part, and there’s not enough of him.

    • Damsel in Distress

That’s a good one; it’s sort of a precursor to the Blandings Castle books (which I highly recommend, especially Leave it to Psmith.).

      • Did you post about Blandings Castle recently? Someone here did, which is what gave me the idea. I had forgotten what s good writer he actually is.

  2. Watching: The last airbender: Legend of Korra

Reading: instructions for the IRS 1040A

  3. reading: Best American Nonrequired Reading 2007 among other things. My stupid papers from the entire semester so I can make them better and stitch them together into one unified GINORMOUS assignment.

watching: Kinsey for work (the dvd repair did, in fact, succeed). Happy-Go-Lucky. Now maybe Danny Deckchair?
