I’m reading Born on a Blue Day (mostly because it is written by a person on the Autism spectrum) and watching the first season of Grimm.
A Game of Thrones is stressful?
Yes. I tend to fall into narrative stories and get absorbed by them.
“… you either read or you nap.”
I’ve been reading stories of great style and dubious content. Sarah Caudwell, Booth Tarkington, Saki … Before that I was reading letters of nifty content and uneven style (Darwin & Wallace).
s/dubious/frivolous. (I’m zleepy.)
“Helmet For My Pillow” by Robert Leckie, which details his experiences on Guadalcanal, Cape Gloucester, and Peleliu, during the Pacific campaign.
Wing Commander (3/4). Tom Wilson Rocks. It’s great watching a cast with fantastic chemistry, adlibbing the entire game.
You asked a while back why video game movies suck so hard?? Well, let’s just say this one was all Chris Roberts fault.
