I mentioned that I had remembered the lyric “we used to be friends” and that brought back the Dandy Warhols song.

A confession, when I first got home and said “I need to listen to that for real”, I first looked through all of my Scissor Sisters because that is where I had that song categorized.

  1. I keep getting this cover stuck in my head.

    Fun trivia fact: John Denver sued New Order over this great song, claiming its guitar melody was lifted from ‘Leaving’ (personally, I think that is a stretch), and so he shares songwriting credit on the New Order song.
