Wednesday!

I imagine you’re hung over. It’s easy to pick a good song, it’s very difficult to pick a good song to listen to when you’re hung over.

This is the only one I thought of:

But, may I point out, it might be dangerous to listen to that on a Sunday morning. Best to listen to it in the middle of the week.

So… what are you listening to?

Jaybird

Jaybird is Birdmojo on Xbox Live and Jaybirdmojo on Playstation's network. He's been playing consoles since the Atari 2600 and it was Zork that taught him how to touch-type. If you've got a song for Wednesday, a commercial for Saturday, a recommendation for Tuesday, an essay for Monday, or, heck, just a handful a questions, fire off an email to AskJaybird-at-gmail.com

  1. Was listening to my demo from ’97.
Still pretty good stuff. Some cool phrasing in there, good tone.

  2. We have a local station that is talk radio during the week, and music on the weekends. The music used to be a pretty eclectic mix, with a lot of lesser-known 80s new wave and alternative and the like. On Sunday mornings, they had a show called Sunday Morning Coming Down that had a lot of old country, blues, etc. It was awesome.

Recently they ditched the format and switched to typical classic rock for the weekends. I enjoy classic rock, but I can find plenty of stations that play it.

Currently listening to Nick Cave “From Her to Eternity”

  3. Also, I always find that Luna makes for excellent hangover music – calm, soothing, but still has a sufficient pulse to get you moving just enough to get that pot of coffee brewing.
