I’m still catching up on Fringe. I understand that the real world is in the middle of 4th season right now… and, no spoilers, I asked my buddy at work who watches it weekly whether the 3rd season finale (which is inching ever closer) will result in me and Maribou yelling some variant of “AAAAAAAHHHHHHH” and he told me “yes, yes it will. Apparently, we’re around episode 14 in Season 4 and seasons 2 and 3 both had 22 episodes. This tells me that, if I am lucky, Season 4’s box set will be available in “Summer 2012” which is as likely to mean “August” as anything else. Which is a bummer.
My comic book shop also was selling Frank Miller’s Holy Terror and I wanted to see if everything I had heard about it is true. Indeed it is. Frank Miller has totally gone crazy. You can totally see how DC told him “No, you can’t print this with Batman’s name attached to it” and you can totally see how he said “Fine! I’ll erase the ears and call him something else!” without changing *ANYTHING* else. Guy can tell a story, I tell you what. Pity he’s mad.
