Let’s see, that puts us down our #1 and #2 two RB’s, and our #1 WR (Javon Walker) and #3 (Robert Ferguson) WR’s. #1 TE Bubba Franks has a bum knee and #1 Center Mike Flanagan has a hernia. This leaves us Donald Driver and… Tony Fisher? Antonio Chatman? We’re dipping into our third string now. And our next six games? Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Minnesota, Philadelphia, and Chicago.
The good news is that without running backs, Brett Favre (all hail #4) is going to have to throw the ball a lot. That’s nothing but good news for the Flying Spaghetti Monsters.
