There are more boring things for a lawyer to do with his Saturday than indexing exhibits for trial. Not many, but they do exist. These include: a) watching archived city council meeting for a place that you don’t live, b) wetting shish-kabob skewers with an eye dropper, c) collecting all fifty state quarters, d) looking at photographs of people you don’t know, and e) driving from Oklahoma City to Lubbock.
However, none of these things win trials. Indexing exhibits and getting to know what’s in them does.
