Not Gallatin, Monroe, or either of the Adamses.
I believe all of them were however ambassadors to the United Kingdom.

I was thinking about that one for a while, and resisted Google searches. Can I make a request that you do something like this every week and we have an ordinary gentlemen’s agreement to refrain from Googling the answer?
