I got an invitation to my twentieth high school reunion today. (That’s a good reason to freak out if ever I heard one.) There was some interesting news – a friend of mine from way back when has become an organic farmer in Oregon. I think that’s pretty cool. I’d buy grass-fed Angus beef and fresh eggs and broiler chickens from him if I thought there was some practical way of getting the food from his farm near Portland to here.
