I get a new paralegal on Monday. She’s smart, and has lots of professional experience, but has never worked in a law firm before. So, I’ll have to train her in what happens in court and litigation. Hopefully, that’ll be something that I can lean on my old paralegal to help out with. Still, it’s going to be helpful to actually have someone to lean on again.
