Last night at dinner with the firm’s lawyers and other assorted friends, we dined at Red Lobster. We were astonished to learn that the active employee roster for this restaurant was 180 people.
When I wrote yesterday about jobs, something didn’t smell quite right about there being so large a number of people in the food service and hospitality industry. But if a place like a 200-seat chain restaurant employs that many people, then maybe that is right.
