Unassisted Triple Play

This is about the rarest thing that can happen in a baseball game. In the history of Major League Baseball, it’s only happened fifteen times, and this is only the second time it has ever happened to end a ballgame (In 1927, Johnny Neun of the Detroit Tigers did it). I think it’s much more impressive than an inside-the-park home run (which happened in this game). Congratulations to Eric Bruntlett of the Philadelphia Phillies. Stumble Upon Toolbar
