I've been reciving a lot of spammish emails lately from well-intentioned friends who are as outraged as most of us about the conduct of our elected state and federal governmental representatives. The emails advocate voting every incumbent out of office. Within 6 years, we would have a fresh set of representatives who might actually understand that "We the people" do in fact want change.
Watch, though, as it doesn't happen. "But my Congressman is really good!" is the near-universal protest of those who want other people to vote their incumbents out.
