Another lawyer at the courthouse yesterday showed me that Angry Birds was available as a free app for the Droid phone.

Angry Birds Seasons is also free on Droid.

I just read an article that predicts Angry Birds and the whole mobile gaming industry will see the death of console gaming. Given mobile games are selling for $1 and console games anywhere from $60+ they might well be right. Check out the article;

  While there may be some overlap, by and large there are two different demographics of gamers. Casual gamers and hardcore gamers. Angry Birds and other mobile games are not adequate substitutes for, say, Shogun 2 or Call of Duty.
  
  They may, however, spell trouble for NINTENDO….
