In Vilnius, Lithuania, illegally-parked cars are a scourge on the city’s commerce. So the mayor is doing something about it:
Well, it was staged, of course. If you look close you can see the ramp and the roving camera. And no, that’s not actually a tank, it’s an armored personnel carrier. But it’s amusing nonetheless.
