A brand-new courthouse, just completed and built at tremendous taxpayer expense. All the bells and whistles. Ultra-modern facilities. And every time someone flushes the toilet, the sound resounds throughout the courtroom. Where is this courthouse located? The CNN headline didn’t say, but I had my suspicions before I checked the story out — and I was right!
