Hate to be Right

I sarcastically predicted that I’d have until Monday until I got cut off at the knees in my attempts to reform the way this office is run. Turns out I was right. How did this happen? I worked on a reply brief and prepared for a mediation rather than assemble data for a silly, useless chart.

This place sucks. I need a new job.

  1. This is your FSM co-owner here. I think you need to move on. Think about the new gold rush in the Big Easy–I have been talking to my friend there about it in detail (he was in LA this weekend). We should talk…

  2. I’m looking for other work here but it took a long time to find employment last time around and I have little interest in starting up my own firm again. My taste for risk is not what it was seven years ago. But yeah, I’ll give you a call and see what’s up with our friend from the Crescent City.
