TPL, I just bought this NeilMed sinus rinse from walmart. It was about 14 dollars but comes with 50 packets of solution. It’s the same concept as a neti pot, but seems a lot easier to use. I’ve used it for three days so far, and it’s awesome. I can breathe so much better. Maybe that will help with your allergies.
Thanks! I’m seeing an allergist on Thursday, to resume the treatment I began in Tennessee. If it turns out to be a sinus issue rather than an allergy attack, I’ll try the product you suggest.
